It is not WHAT happens to you in life that impacts your stress level. It is HOW YOU THINK ABOUT IT that does. It is the MEANING you give the events. It is the THINGS YOU TELL YOURSELF about them.
Think about a dandelion when it is in its fluffy stage… What do you see? What do you think about the dandelion?
Some people see it as a weed. Yet others see it as a wish.
